01Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the NIXFEO website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the NIXFEO platform.

02Service description

NIXFEO provides European services specializing in artificial intelligence and automation, including:

• Custom conversational and autonomous AI agents
• Vibe coding: AI-assisted accelerated prototyping
• Workflow automation with n8n, Make, and custom solutions
• Multi-LLM integration (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, open-source models)
• RAG architecture and long-term memory
• Automated quality assurance (LLM-as-Judge)

03User obligations

As a user of NIXFEO services, you agree to:

• Comply with applicable law: use our services only in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not misuse the platform: refrain from using the services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to spam, fraud, or harassment.
• Maintain confidentiality: keep your account credentials secure and not share your access with unauthorized third parties.
• Not disclose proprietary information: not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary technology, documentation, or trade secrets of NIXFEO.
• Report vulnerabilities: promptly report any security vulnerability or breach discovered to contact@nixfeo.com.
• Respect intellectual property: not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on NIXFEO technology or content.

04Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the NIXFEO platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of NIXFEO OÜ.

Your use of our services grants you no ownership right or license over our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for the intended use of the services.

05Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use.

NIXFEO is fully GDPR-compliant. We are committed to protecting your data with:

• European data hosting (EU data centers)
• End-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest
• Automatic anonymization of personal data
• Configurable data retention policies
• Full audit logging for compliance

06Service modifications

NIXFEO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

We may also update these terms of use from time to time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIXFEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

The company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

08Applicable law

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

09Data hosting

All data processed through the NIXFEO platform is hosted exclusively in Estonia and the European Union, in secure, certified data centers.

The infrastructure is designed to ensure:

• Data residency within the EU at all times
• Compliance with GDPR and European data protection standards
• High availability and redundancy
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
